The Florida Remediation Conference has been alerted to a problem affecting exhibitors and sponsors.

Businesses that have no business relationship with the our conference are calling and emailing exhibitors and posing as wholesale vendors who provide conference vendors with hotel rooms at deeply discounted rates as well as the conference "List of Attendees" that they are selling.

We will NOT call you to solicit your hotel reservation or sell the list of attendees separately. For your own protection, do not make reservations through an unknown housing or travel company or buy a “List of Attendees" via an unsolicited email.

If you are or have been approached by a third-party company purporting to sell you a room, do not give them your credit card information unless you determine for certain that they are affiliated with the hotel or conference. Otherwise, you may lose the charges you authorize and you will not have a room at our event.
