Certificate of Attendance:

FRC 2020 can issue a Certificate of Attendance to those individual needing proof of attendance.  Price is $25 per certificate.  


Up to 12.5 contact hours are available.  CEUs to be determined by respective licensing boards.


We will have a sign-in sheet  to record your attendance.  Please make sure you bring your respective license number with you to record on the sign-in sheets.    


Certificates will be mailed to you post event after we have affirmed that the attendance requirements have been met.   


Note:  It is the responsibility of the registrant, to check with the licensing agency of your state, country or province on CEU requirements. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the conference.  You may either send a substitute  or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if your request is  received before October 21, 2020.  No refunds will be granted after the  October 21, 2020 notice period for any reason. In the event of bad  weather or if the conference is cancelled, FRC is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or  lodging, nor will FRC issue refunds for registrations, exhibits,  sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
