FRC 2025 can issue a Certificate of Attendance to those individual needing proof of attendance. Price is $25 per certificate.
Up to 10 credit hours are available. CEUs to be determined by respective licensing boards.
We will have an Affidavit of Attendance Form to record your attendance.
Certificates will be emailed to you post event after we have affirmed that the attendance requirements have been met.
Note: It is the responsibility of the registrant, to check with the licensing agency of your state, country or province on CEU requirements.

If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the conference. You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after the 10 day notice period for any reason. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled, FRC is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will FRC issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
Because we will be sending VIP Registrants the pre-registered database containing full contact information, once the database is distributed there will be no refunds. If cancellation is requested prior to the VIP Database being distributed, the Regular Registration Cancellation Policy above applies.
