FRC 2020 has been postponed to November 17-19, 2021 due to Covid-19
FRC Exhibit Booth Selection Policy:
Exhibit booth locations are determined in this fashion. Sponsors are given first choice of booth selection based on Sponsorship Level and time of payment. Regular exhibitors are then able to select a booth location based on time of payment. First come, first paid basis.
Note: FRC reserves the right to make final decision on booth location to avoid competitors being located next to one another. For example, we will do our best not to have two Labs next to each other.

Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our web site, in our promotional emails and our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group Page no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may request a credit for a future FRC event if the request is received 30 days in advance of the current event. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled the FRC is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will FRC issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
