2026 has already been a busy year in terms of emerging contaminants. This is particularly true in the area of PFOS where we've seen federal and state action, including  Legislation to address PFOS at airports, public water systems, and in wastewater.  The subject of emerging contaminants, PFOS, annd  other environmental regulatory legislative and litigation topics will be discussed. 

I have been practicing Environmental law in Florida for over 40 years. I Specialize in pollution, hazardous substances, and water law. I am an adjunct professor of law at FSU Law, Stetson Law and Tallahassee State College.
